I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st London stay at this hotel. I arrived before check-in, my luggage was stored until I returned from an event. Chloe & Destin (Manager) went above and beyond. There was a issue in my 1st room, I was assigned a different room on the same floor. The room was not big but it was a suitable size with a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom had a high bathtub with two showers (hand & overhead). The 5th floor room was quiet. The hotel located away from the main street and traffic noise. Within 3-5 minutes walk to the main street is the underground tube (Earl's Court Station), a grocery store (Co-op), Caffé Nero, McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC and restaurants/stores nearby.

I liked the clean room and comfortable bed. You were able to request maid service, indicate that you were sleeping and request service through a panel on the wall. The staff were helpful and polite and it was located close to the train station. The room had a microwave, kettle and fridge and a really nice bathroom. The bed was super comfy and overall the room was very quiet. Certainly didn’t have any issues that others have mentioned on other sites so would say not to be dissuaded from staying here. It’s excellent value for money and certainly worthy of a four star reputation and upholds the Marriott Bonvoy reputation.

The location of the hotel is excellent. If you stay here, you won't need public transport to go around London. The location is directly connected to Heathrow Airport by underground. The hotel is comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean. Staff very pleasant. It was wonderful to have a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities and safe in the room.

. location good . . . on arrival there was some confusion , and I was given a room in the basement , with no window , and so no fresh air . . V dark . . so that I slept in late and was late to meet up with friends . . I asked at the desk and was told I could change rooms for my second night . . .
